Where is one of the best places to live?

I live in upstate New york and I want to live somewhere with warmer weather. I would love to live near a coast, but i want a safe area to live in. Money isn't really a problem. Also i would really like a nice school district. If you know of somewhere please answer!

1. Anywhere that is NOT in the U.S.... I live on my boat in Antigua and love it.
2. I used to live in Albany! but i moved to upstate SC when i was younger and now I live at the beach! It is usually pretty warm here...
3. Hawaii or Florida are nice
