Where is the best place in the NewYork/Connecticut area where i can find a Welsh Terrior?

Im looking for a Welsh Terrior, somewhere not far. I would prefer adopting from a shelter, but if there is none available, where are the best Welsh breaders? Welsh Terriors---Rusty color with black saddle, they look like miniature Airedale Terriors
