where are there places to get your nose pierced in Connecticut?

I realize that you can go to a tattoo place but, i'm 14 years old and my mom said that you have to be 18 to even walk into one.

1. parent consent and most places will do it.
2. Flats in Groton will do it with ur parents consent. Call and ask for James or Liz. They will tell u if ur parents need to be with u and they r very nice. Liz did my eyebrow and my nose but Im 33 and dont need my Mom :) Good luck!
