Good places to live in Connecticut?

Are there any good places to live in Connecticut? I heard glastonbury was nice, and Waterford... I might be moving there how is the living expenses..I am becoming a social worker, so I thought Connecticut would be nice..somewhere..in connecticut thats safe.., has a nice community..nice weather...good economy..:) good place to raise kids

1. new milford is nice I lived in Ny and move there and its calm, very good to raise kids...I can use myself as an example in new york i was more rebel in new milford there wasnt as many bad situations....its pretty there is a nice lake. Very safde ofcourse theres snow in the winter but its nice and warm in the summer everyone on the lake. Economy very good houses a bit cheaper there.
2. Waterford is a lovely community with excellent schools, police, weather and a fantastic beach! I myself live in New London right next to it.
