Where is the best place to get my hair cut in sort of an emo style near Avon, CT....I'm visiting friends in like two months and wanna do it then! seriously!!!

1. Your Bathroom. Seriously. Get some scissors, a razor and go cut your hair. Who needs to pay 30$ for a choppy look that you can create perfectly at home.
