Best Place to Live in Austin without Transportation?

I do not own a car, so I need a place that is near a Grocery Store and Places to Hang Out ! Money isn't a problem?

2. not "anywhere"... damn. you don't want to be walking down loop 360 to get to the mall.. If you are Lance Armstrong, then maybe. here it is: near the congress bridge, anywhere ON Guadalupe (campus area) OR, poss. Mueller (new development) mueller is going for the mini-city type thing..google it. I say poss. because it is under construction.
