4. Western Pennsylvania is great. I'd always choose to live in the country or the city...could never stand to live in suburbia. I love Western PA cause it has a mix of all those things, it's affordable, and the people are very family-oriented. Plus, there is access to tons of recreational and cultural things to do no matter what your interests are and you're in close proximity (a day's drive or train ride) to just about everything on the East Coast and the Midwest.
5. I sa w something like this on AOL, And the top states where all New England States...Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hamphsire, Maine and Vermont... Better schools, hospitals, and low air pollution were some of the factors considered.
