  1. ask a friend or aunt or grandparent to move in with them. If you are as desperate as you seem and it's as bad as it seems then what I just said is a lot better tell the people you move in with that you will find a job as soon as possible and try to be out of their hairs quickly, (dropping a tear when you show up helps :) ).
  2. You don't say how old you are or how old the children are or if they are your children. If the children are yours and/or if you are an adult you can go to a shelter until you can find a job and get on your feet. If this is truly a dangerous situation, most especially if children are involved, contact the authorities immediately.
  3. have u got some family members u could stay with temporarily till u get on your feet? in our country of australia, we have housing commissions, or u can get bond loans from places. u dont pay the bond back or anything. they pay it for u if u r in financial difficuilty. im not sure what your country offers. do u have a department of housing u can call or something for advice?
  4. look for jobs online through the employment office web site.Try the surrounding towns.
  5. Hey girl! Let me give you the REAL answer to your question. :) My opinion is for you, your boyfriend and his daughter. I think you should begin to search for a shelter to stay at until your boyfriend becomes eligible for the welfare program benefits he is waiting for. I'm not usre if you've ever stayed in a homeless shelter inthe past, but I know from personal experience ( several years ago ) that homeless shelters are not as bad as people make them out to be. By law, the homeless shelters must be sanitary and clean for people to live in. Please see the link below for ALL Modesto Resources. Good Luck, Christina! -Your Friend, Chrissy
