best and worst cities to live in texas?

i am planing to live in houston,texas, how is the worst and best places for scholls and live there?

1. Spring Branch, Katy and Cy-fair are your best school districts in the houston area. You do not want the Houston Ind. school district, way too big, class size are huge and not enough individual attention from the teachers. Spring Branch runs from the 610 loop out to Dairy Ashford, Katy starts at hwy 6 to Grandparkway and Cy fair runs along the 290 area.
