Best cities in Florida to live: small children, low crime, great schools?

We may be relocating to Florida from Chicago due to a promotion. What cities in Florida are the best for young families with small children. Looking for low crime, great schools, and some housing affordability. Do not want a retirement city.

1. Check out Seminole County, Florida (Oviedo, Winter Springs, Chuluota). Great school district, low crime, great family communities!
2. I recommend Tampa. South Tampa or West Chase are my favorite areas. Also, Sarasota.
3. yulee ,green cove springs,palatka,palm beach st.augustine
4. Royal Palm Beach area. Its got good house prices and plenty of gated communities. Try to look in that general area is my advice to you.
