1. Do you mean Perth in Australia or Perth in Scotland?
2. Do not know a number BUT it is a lot like New Orleans in terms of Architecture. At least IMHO. And it has none of New Orleans Pb's. In terms of climate it is similar to San Diego - PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3. Based upon a quality of living survey. Perth came 21st out of the Asia category
