What international cities have absolutely the best nightclubs?

I travel all the time and like to go clubbing here and there. I'm only 20, so nothing in the USA. What cities have the best nightclubs... And are they American friendly? Anything else you want to add, feel free. Thanks

1. Almost all European countries and Caribbean countries are know for their young club hoppers they are all American friendly. My favorite places are Greece, Amsterdam, and Jamaica.

3. Ripungi in Tokyo is the most insane night club district I have ever been at. If you don't like the club you are in, there is literally another one next door. Very American friendly with the exception of a handful of "no ganjin" clubs but they usually don't have a street entrance.
4. If you want just clubs go to Ibiza, the best clubs in the world, really plush, best DJs in the world, beahces, good town, nice restaurants in ibiza town.... doooo it
