When is the best time to travel to Mexico? What are the best cities?

I would like to visit Mexico this year. I am interested in the the cities that would offer the best deals on food, lodging, and fun.

2. You can arrive to Mexico City, spend a weekend there to visit the Teotihuacan, downtown, Chapultepec and maybe have a nice dinner around Condesa neighborhood. From there you can travel to Puebla and/or Veracruz (to the east) Or heading south, go to Acapulco, Cuernavaca and maybe Morelia. Heading north: Guanajuato, Zacatecas.
3. Best time to travel to Mexico. May-June. Before hurricane season and before it gets toooo hot. The prices should be cheaper because it's after high season (Dec 15- April 15, give or take a few days) We had alot of fun in Cozumel.
4. I think Mexico is great any time of the year but the summertime is extremely hot but not unbearable. I love cabo san lucas!!!
5. Anytime you can visit it The best city is Monterrey However, based in your interest you may go to Guanajuato in October for the festival cervantino or to Vallarta for the beach
