What is the best city to live in the United States?

I am looking for a city to live in. can you help me. I want a city that has lots and lots of Shopping and Shopping Malls. I want a city that is safe, nice, beautiful, lots of traffic, great hospitality and just a fun city to live in. so can you help me.
