What would be the best place to live in the united states?

Im looking for a place that the weather is nice most of the time.When I say nice I mean cool breeze warm rain no snow. No problems like earth quakes,hurricans,tornados and such. Murder rate has to be low. Good entertainment for kids like theme parks and more. Maybe the ocean real close by. I worked at a casino and wouldn't mind doing that again. A place where work is easy to find that pays 10 dollars or more. Crime rate low
