What Arizona city is the best place to live and raise kids? and how is it to live there?

We are having a dilema if to move to Arizona or Nevada from Seattle where is rains too much. Help?

2. Depends what you are looking for...there are lots of places in AZ that seem safer than others. Most of the cities are pretty big like Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler. Gilbert and East Mesa are growing pretty rapidly so there are newer houses, stores, schools, etc... I like all of those school districts mentioned above as well. You just have to do your research on the newer and safer communities. Being a native, I love AZ and think its a wonderful place to live. Get out of the rain and head out here to the sunshine!
