Is there any software application that could indicate the local time and date of the major US cities?

I'm using WinXP and looking for a software application that could indicate the local time and date of NY, LA and other US major cities on the computer?...And tempretures as well...That you could switch between different cities to view its local times, dates and tempretures etc....

1. I don't know what software is...but you can type in any city in the search engine and the words current time and weather and you will get your answers.
