what is a big city to live with with summers in the 70- 90s and dry heat usually?

i live in texas and the summers get 90s-100 quite often and even in the fall the next day it could be friggin hot!! from cold to hot i want to live somewhere the summer is going to be 75-90 degrees on a common basis

  1. San Diego has a very mild climate, and rarely gets into the 90's in the summers. For example its 74 degrees today with light clouds.
  2. Try somewhere on the Pacific coast such as San Francisco....or somewhere in the mountains. Also, northern New England tends to stay relatively cool the majority of the summer. I'm talking northern New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
