Where is the best place to live in either Arizona or Hawaii?

I don't want to live in a big city but not to far from one either. I want to live closer to the woods and parks.

1. Living in Hawaii is ultra expensive. Everything has to be shipped from California. Arizona is becoming crowded as well. They are currently experiencing a water shortage because of all the new golf courses and water parks. You might want to consider Idaho as an alternative.
2. i would choose Hawaii if i were u but u have to check the prices first bcuz it may be expensive
