Where the best place to eat in Texas?

I just moved to Texas and they told me everything is big in texas but I hope that dosent mean the restrount bill. Please help me find an enxpensive place to eat that has great food!

2. There are lots of places to eat in Texas, it just depends on where you are. I like Quiznoes and Subway. Alamo Cafe (near San Antonio)
3. The big texan steak ranch in Amirillo, Texas. If you can finish a 72oz steak, a baked potato, a salad, a shrimp cocktail, and a glass of tea, your meal is free.
4. papacitas in longview are the rainforest in dallas on the border in tyler dons in beaumont lots of good places to eat
5. I went to Dallas 2 yrs ago and ate at Dickey's BBQ...omg the BEST BBQ Ive ever had... the atmosphere was great and the bill was quite LOW....I loved it!!

7. Ninfa's or Los Cucos in the Houston area (Mexican food). They both have several types of mixed plates most below $7. I'm sure the area where you live has some great local BBQ places. In Houston try Demeris BBQ. Houston also has some great Chinese/Vietnamese places with inexpensive lunch menus.

9. mexican food is the best in texas. I also enjoy JOES crab shack!
10. Bill Miller BBQ in San Antonio or Austin. Great food. Their fried Chickens is really good
