We are thinking about relocating. What do you think is the best place in America to live and why?

Currently live in Va. Want to know what job market is. Like smaller friendly towns with lots to do.

1. Having been in the Navy for 20 years I can say I enjoyed Spokane, WA the most. Good Job market, very green, does snow though. Small and nice people.
