1. If it were me,I'd live in Alice Springs,Au.
2. It depends on the climate you enjoy. Snow or tropical. City or country. The world is huge, however...culture shock can be very dangerous. Research destinations and find out as much as you can. Write down the likes and dislikes about living in PA. Northern PA is very different from southern PA.
3. there's a whole, beautiful world out there.... start reading about it. You may end up discovering that another location in the good ol' USA is the best choice! But, if you DO think you would prefer another country, visit first and do plenty of research. Good Luck!
