Bank Transfer Question? The transfer disappeared?

I have banked with bank of America for 10 years. Yesterday a friend who also banks with BOA transferred 195.00 in my account (she needed me to purchase tickets for her, we live in different cities).She went to the actual bank. She did this before 2pm, she called me when it was completed. I check my account saw the money was in there. Went to the ATM took it out. Now today it show no trace that a transfer was made, and my account it overdrawn. I have called and they said nothing they can do about it. My friend has the bank receipt.........has this happen to you before.

1. Go into the bank with the receipt and talk to the branch manager, or at least the operations manager.
