Which small cities/towns would I find best for shopping and meeting new people in England when on vacation?

1. haha a vacation in england??? thats gonna be fun!!! it depends where your staying, nottingham has an abundance of females and your chances of getting some action are high, but i would go to the coast, somewhere like bournemouth, brighton, they both got a really good day/night life. most small cities have great shopping and is less expensive than london plus if you go to london then it may feel like home and not a vacation. lol
