where is the best places to live in edinburgh for students?

i used be in newcastle and we had place where the posh students live and another where are the european and english students live which is average and then we have the cheap places which is mostly asian . and ofcourrse we had places beside the river and city centre which more or less expensive is there places like these in edinburgh
