What are some good places to shop ( online or in big cities) for kids that are the size of adults?

I have a relative who is naturally taller and bigger overall than her age group. Finding clothes is hard ( shoes also). She is now a teenager. I'd appreciate recommendations on places to shop. Serious, polite and constructive answers only please.

4. Forever 21 ( really cute and affordable clothes in sizes 14 and up) and DEB or Delia's, because they have girls clothes in plus sizes and tall sizes. Those are both teen stores too. Macy's teen department has great clothes too. Hope I was helpful!
