how do dogs go to the bathroom in big cities?

would i have to pick up every dump he takes?

1. You take them for walks, and YES you need to pick up after your dog when he poops.

9. actually you are supposed to pick it up but when you go to parks some people are rude and don't, but i think you would have to anywhere out of common courtesy.
