best places to live

which is the best place to adopt a puppy? I live in sunnyvale, CA.?

I don't care if it is a mutt. But it has to cost less than $100 and it has to be a young puppy. Prefer a lab or a lab crossed with some other breed though. I searched the humane society of Santaclara and palo alto puppy pound already

  1. toys R us Babies R us Target Walmart costco All of these places have GREAT stuffed animals, including dogs! And some stuffed animals that even respond to you! 100 bucks or less, HA! good luck with that
  2. check local pounds or animal shelters
  3. Be patient! A dog will come to the pound, and you'll be a hero. Good luck
  4. http://www.petfinder.com/search/search.cgi?pet.Animal=Dog&pet.Breed=labrador&pet.Age=baby&pet.Size=&pet.Sex=&location=94085 there all the Lab ( or lab mix ) YOUNG puppie in your area!!!
  5. go to petfinder.com and put in you location and any other search criteria you want...all the puppies are from rescues or shelters, and you can surely find some that are under $100, depending on where you get it from....if you only have $100, you should know that the cost of a puppy is alot more than the price you pay to adopt it....you have to have money to take it to the vet, buy food and all that...good luck!
  6. http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/ca look at whats close to you and make sure you look for pets this is not a scam i adopted my puppy this way!
  7. Hmm it seems to me that you would perfer any type of dog so you should probably look in the newspaper and call the owner of the dog to see how much the puppies cost because that's what my uncle did.
  8. petfinder.com saveapet.com or your local pound (you can let the pound know what you are looking for and they will give you a call)
  9. PET STORE
  10. Here is the site for a pound a couple miles away (7 or so). It has dogs at about $100! It's better then buying an animal, which only encourages breeding, over population and so on. Save Haven Animal Shelter http://www.insiderpages.com/b/15240079201 After a long search, I found it! Thanks for adopting! :)
