Where is the best city in Florida to open a cafe?

We are opening a cafe geared towards parents and their children where mom/dad can enjoy a cup of coffee while their children play in a play area near by. The cafe would also offer deli sandwiches and salads as well as have a separate kid's menu. What city in Florida would this type of business most likely succeed? And why? Serious answers please...
