Where are the best places to skate outdoors in New York City?

I know about Rockerfeller Cnt and Central Pk, but how are the accessed / rates / hours of operation?

2. The better of the two, based on hrs; cost and less crowding would be Wollman rink in Central Park. They may have changed it to Trump, seeing how he got the job done, when the city couldn't.
3. i think wollman rink and Rockefeller center, the last one last time i was there (Jan 06) was charging $14 USDA for the skate rental and $6 for admission and wollman was charging a bit more.
