What is the Best/Most Fun/ Coolest European City?

I am curious as to what everyone thinks the best European city is, concerning culture, quality of living, things to do etc.

1. I would say Berlin. But I've heard that Munich is excellent as well. I really liked living in London, although it was expensive.
2. My favourite is Florence (Italy) because there is so much culture, architecture, nice food and restaurants, nice people, art, and nice places to go out at night. But Amsterdam, Paris and London are also very cool..
3. Anywhere but a "Hostel" city.
4. London! It has everything.
