Is it still possible to drive a car in European cities?
What if its a hybrid and when cars run on something other than gasoline, what then? It's safe to say that Europeans are not an automobile society and that's just the way they are.

- Most large European cities strongly discourage car use because they don't want to clog their cities with cars and places for parking cars is very limited. A lot of large cities in Europe have car free/pedestrian only areas. Europeans tend to drive small cars (they pay heaps more for gas than Americans do, have really small parking spots and have lots of little roads/alleys that are cramped to drive down. They like to walk around their cities rather than drive to a big shopping mall for their shopping and entertainment. They are also much more concerned about pollution than America is. Europe in general has great public transport and most people use it. What fuel your car runs on is not going to change the fact that having a car in a big city is probably more hassle than it is worth (unless you are happy to pay a fortune out in parking and parking fines.
