Where is the best place to buy a birthday cake in Georgia?

The birthday isn't for a couple of months but I need to start planning everything so pleas help out. It's for a person's 16th birthday. If you know a place that isn't in GA but they can deliver to my house then that would be great. It has to be a place w/ reasonable prices. Thanks!!! If it's a place in GA, do they deliver too.

1. The best cakes are at Dean's Cake House in Alabama - but they don't deliver. :( Depending on where you are - there may be a place nearby you that does sell them though ..
