Where is a nice, beautiful and affordable place to live in the U.S within 100 miles of a beach?

4. Washington, NJ - If you have never been to NJ before wait before you dismiss it as one big Oil Refinery, We have some gorgeous landscapes as well...
5. nowhere. nothing near the beach is affordable. i know i live 35 miles from the beach and its expensive as hell
6. Try Medford, OR. Hey, you didn't say you wanted a warm beach! OR is amazingly beautiful. Gee...I need to move.
7. Fort DeSoto Park...right on the beach in Pinellas County, Florida. It was rated the # 1 beach in the United States. The prices are rising, though. If you plan on buying...better do it quick.
