During retirement, would you be interested in moving to different cities for 6mo-couple of years?

Looking into designing a company that would assist people in moving to different states throughout the US and establish a lease for several weeks to years. It is not a time share or a purchase. A person could make one lump sum payment or make monthly payments, they can also determine if they want a the home fully furnished or let them chose their own furniture.

1. The only big issue here is what do these people do for money? Or is geared more toward the retired class?
2. They are called RV parks. Partially kidding, but the seniors I talk with just load up the RV and move from place to place. Moving per se for the sake of living in another city temporarily is more work than most seniors would want to undertake.
