we all like to live for a 100 years. Is there any scientifically proven community who live above 100 years.?

is there any real place like the fabled shangrila where people normally live to over 100 years. if so where and in which country?

1. Onetime I saw a piece on TV about a secluded area in the former Soviet Union where people regularly lived to well over 100 years old. Some of the people living there may have been in their 110s or 120s, but they were not classified as world's oldest because of poor recordkeeping in the region.
2. On an island north of Japan. Its called Hokkaido and its most northern tip of that island has the highest concentration of people with ages around the 100. The report said it was because of its climate and diet.
