How is the best way to find good jobs in your city?

How can i go about finding a good job that will pay decent online? I have been to all the job sites but they are mostly professional jobs. I am a college student and need work and need to know where to look. I don't really want to do retail or anything of the sort. I want to work in an office how would i find these jobs

1. There are lots of ways. You can go to the un-employment center and find work, through the newpaper help wanted ads, through the internet, and through word of mouth in which someone tells you where you might find a job.

3. In my town the best way is to apply at one of the 3 prisons (2 state 1 federal) they are the biggest employer in the area with the best wages and benefits... As to the rest of your question, get a newspaper start in the classifieds under employment oppurtunities... Many of the ads will have websites you can go onto for more information on additional jobs with the company...
