Best US city for Information Technology jobs?
My husband and I are a young couple without kids and currently live in St. Louis, MO. We love it here, except that he graduated with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems more than a year ago and still cannot find a job. In November, I graduate as an RN (Registered Nurse) and I am pretty sure that I will be able to find a job anywhere. We are looking to relocate to an area where the IT job market is better. Where are the best areas for computer jobs?!

- NYC, and DC... IT's are always needed in the government!
- If Obama is elected and his tax plan is in place, the only IT jobs will be in Asia and India due to his tax increases on businesses.
- the triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) or moreso in D.C. i'm in D.C. and work in computers with the government. Good luck!
- Washington DC/West Virgina Area... Raleigh, North Carolina are two very nice places. Not DC so much but about 30 miles out side of DC in West Virgina that is very nice. Hawaii has jobs for both of you, but the pay and the cost of living don't equal as much as the other locations. Check craigslist.org and look at all the different cities and job listings in the Network and Tech section. Check Dice, Monster, Yahoo Jobs etc... and see who is offering what.
- NYC metro area, DC metro area,
