3. I don't know that there is a place that fills those requirements. Fun usually involves a decent size population (a city needs a large population to support "fun" activities). Your hidden makes it even more difficult. Cities are rarely hidden. Safe really throws a spanner in the works! I could recommend many cities and smaller towns I think are fun but for different reasons. You need to decide on a few basic requirements first. Do you want to live on a coast? Is climate a factor (snow is fun)? Do you like rural areas (country dances are fun) near a coast or inland? Just what sort of activities do you consider fun? Partying, clubbing or hiking and camping? Make some choices then start researching them.
