Great places to live in North Florida and South Georgia?

My fiance and I would like to relocate to the North Florida/ South Georgia area. We have heard that Wakulla County, FL, Thomas County, GA, and Franklin County, FL are nice places to live but each lacks something that we each want in a single place - beaches, shopping stores, malls, attractions.
