Are the two best cities in California San Diego and San Francisco?

Los Angeles and Sacramento are the worst.

1. San Francisco is expensive and hard to get around, but it has lots of sights. San Diego is awesome and relaxing!!
2. San Francisco is a great city to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. San Diego, on the other hand, is both a great place to visit and to live. The weather is fabulous all year round and there are so many fund things to do.
