How do people from big cities marginalise those from small towns?

Everytime someone from a big city visit a small town, they walk around with a sense of superiority..

1. i hate big cities and small towns, i like mid sized places but i guess people in big cities have egos, they dont realize that most people dont giva damn about them. big cities have bad reputations for a reason.
