1. I don't have time to dig for you, but almost certainly from Frankfurt. EDIT: I did a little digging and came up with ZERO. I did find word that Austrian Airlines is serving Iraq, but not Baghdad. I'm sure if you called a decent travel agent, they could figure out how to get you there.
2. Air Scotland had plans to fly from Baghdad to Glasgow and London, but as yet, its not happend.
