Does Agoraphobia effect the Chinese and the Japanese in big cities?

The cities in China are very populated and crowded. So I wondered if Agoraphobia is heard of over there. If anyone knows if it is a problem like in the Western Countries.

They apply different societal pressures based more on shame than on the guilt familiar with Western societal pressure, and sometimes experience more physical symptoms rather than emotional like the West does, but individuals do struggle with feeling anxious and uncomfortable in crowds.
