What is the best place to live?

I am looking for a safe place to live where there are other African Americans and not a lot of crime. Any suggestions? Not Hawaii please. Thank you

2. Well, a safe place is about the Lincoln, Nebraska area, but sometimes you might be in trouble of boredom at times
3. Toronto, Ontario has a fairly large african-american (well, not american but you get the idea) population and a very low violent crime rate (by us city standards).
