best place to stay for spring break in panama city florida?

i am in college and three of us girls want to head to panama city florida for spring break. i have been looking at many different hotels. i wanted personal experience from someone who has previously been to spring break in panama city. please give me any suggestions for places to stay, bars, nightlife? we like to have a good time and party. so keep that in mind. thank you :)
