1. Dallas, TX - still a strong job market, housing in the suburbs is affordable. Houston, TX - not as strong of a job market, but has affordable housing. Oklahoma City - always growing, very affordable! Phoenix - slowing down a bit in job growth, but still very strong job market, housing is a bit more.
