best/cheapest U.S. city to live in? ?

i need peace of mind to this questionnnn. where should i move?

1. i live in Aiken south Carolina and it is a really great place and cost here is very good compared to other places we have 2500 sq ft 5 acres and taxes are just like 300 a year and gas is like 145 a gallon so I say here and usc aiken college is only 5 miles away Augusta GA is 16 miles so the masters golf tournament bring great business, and jobs, and then we have the horse races big money there also.
