3. Open a restuarant in Dubrovnik featuring authentic Croatian cuisine. Offer a good selection of Croatian, Slovenian, and Hungarian wines. Use local truffles to lure the tourists in. Dubrovnik is a magnet for cruise ships and tourists and hospitality management is underdeveloped in Eastern Europe.
