2. In the basement of their parents. Cheapest way.
3. You didn't say if you had to work to receive your money or if you just received it from your parents. That would make the difference of where affordable living is. If you don't have to work, any 3rd world country would be cheap to live in. If you have to work I don't know of any places cheaper to live than with a relative. cheers
